The Mercedes Benz SL range have always been highly prized by the discerning motorist and the 300 SL is no exception. With its effortless six cylinder, three litre engine and well equipped interior it epitomises all that is good in open air motoring.
The example we have on offer has only covered a certified 49,000 miles from new and has been maintained by the original dealer regardless of cost. Having had only three sympathetic owners from new and always garaged, it is in very fine condition and has just benefitted from a full 48,000 mile service. Recent expenditure includes new tyres, front disc pads and the hood has been renovated by a specialist who replaced all of the flexible windows. It comes with its hardtop, which has a purpose built stand, but the successful purchaser will have to collect this from the present owner and vendor.
