Ariel introduced a new frame incorporating a pivoted fork rear suspension to its over head valve singles and twins for the 1954 season. Unusually, the swinging arm was constructed from pressings welded together giving a slightly unusual profile. At the head of the single cylinder range was the 500cc Redhunter coded VH. This example has been rebuilt as a trail bike and is described as being in good condition in all respects. It is offered with a Swansea V5C.
