The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II was produced 1959-1962, featuring the 6230 cc V8 engine. Coachwork and interior beautifully designed by John Blatchley. Total number produced was 2417.

The superb Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II driven by Sir Godfrey Tibett (Patrick Macnee) starred in the 1985 Roger Moore View to a Kill James Bond film, and was in fact owned by the Bond films producer Albert (‘Cubby’) Broccoli, normally with the CUB1 number plate, as opposed to 354 HYK in the film.

Later in the film the actual car sunk in the Chateau de Chantilly lake is in fact a Bentley S1 disguised as the Rolls-Royce.

The Broccoli Rolls-Royce also featured in the car park of Shrublands in the 1965 Thunderball Bond film. The car is still owned by EON Productions, (the producers of James Bond films), and is often used by the Broccoli Family to attend the Premieres of their Bond films.
