"Full service history mostly by Kenricks of Llangollen (Caterham service agent), latterly by Oakmere Northwich, Caterham main dealer.
Rover “K” Series engine – 1800cc
Dave Andrews (DVA) and Dave Walker (Emerald) assisted in the original engine/ECU/jenvey Throttle body set up which includes.
Full porting and polishing the head and fitting larger “Paul Ivey” inlet and exhaust valves, uprated (double) valve springs, mechanical (solid) followers, Piper 740 cams and Verner pulleys.
Originally mated with an M3D Emerald ECU, this was replaced in April 2014 with a new “K6” 3-way switchable (Performance/MOT/Economy) Emerald ECU. A Rolling Road Set up by Emerald in April 2014 revealed output at 185BHP.
R500 (Mike Barnby) 13” wheels (refurbished by MB in 2017) – 6.5 fronts and 8.5” rears all shod in Avon ZZS tyres.
Uprated (race) master cylinder / big front brakes.
“Jenvey” throttle bodies.
“Pipercross” ITG filter.
Uprated Radiator.
Caterham 6 – speed gearbox and limited slip differential.
4:2:1 SLR race-type exhaust with polished Raceco silencer.
Wide-track Suspension – watts linkage/upper anti-roll bar.
Ss% (Quick) rack with Quick release “Momo” Steering wheel.
Part-painted Carbon Fibre nosecone. Unpainted Carbon Fibre front and rear wings. Dash and door sills.
Lowered “black” floor (both sides).
Carbon Kevlar /Tillett Seats.
“Oxted Trimming” quilted leather Tillet seat covers.
Lowered headlights.
Clear front repeater and uprated LED sidelights.
4-point Caterham race harnesses.
SBFS Half Hood and SBFS Tillet Draught excluder.
Caterham (R500) Aluminium Gear Knob.
