This Ford Mustang Convertible has been in this country since 1974 and has the rare specification of the 302 cubic inch engine, as fitted to the De Tomaso Pantera, and power disc brakes which were both very expensive extras when new.
It also has the automatic transmission, a new power hood, turbo wheels, an immobiliser and in the history file there is a photographic record of the restoration which was carried out about seven years ago, a V5 registration document and paperwork detailing a recent service which was carried out by specialist Barry Molan Motors.
These Mustang Convertibles are becoming harder and harder to find, especially in this condition, and they offer fast, four seater open motoring at its best and this is an absolute joy to drive and one of the very best available.
