BSA introduced the Bantam in 1948, deriving its design from the pre war DKW RT.
This example of the D1125cc lightweight motorcycle with plunger rear suspension is offered with a hand painted green finish and is apparently complete. The engine turns over and the machine is fitted with a pillion pad and aftermarket universal pillion footrests. A tax disc dating from 1960 accompanies the motorcycle. Last taxed 1960, it is offered with a Swansea V5C and a buff log book.
