This very tidy-looking example of BMW's legendary M3 dates from 1987 and features Lach Silver bodywork and Grey check cloth upholstery. It was imported to the UK by marque specialist Munich Legends and is considered by the vendor to have "excellent" bodywork and "very good" paintwork, interior trim and engine, while he describes the five-speed manual transmission as "fine". D477 GDD has benefited from the recent replacement of the timing chain and the odometer currently reads c.173,000 kilometres. PLEASE NOTE: The vendor advises it is his understanding the timing chain was recently replaced by the previous owner but we can find no invoice in the history file mentioning this, only the replacement of the timing chain by Munich Legends in 2006.
