The Vauxhall Victor was a prodigious seller, with nearly 200,000 of all F.D. varients being sold between 1967 and 1972. There was 'something for everyone' on the range, with the F.D. varient, as offered here without reserve, being the version with a higher level of trim. The car was an executive model, with an enlarged 1975cc, 104hp engine and servo assisted disc brakes at the front and a higher rear axle ration to air high speed touring. This particular car was first registered on February first 1969 and has had only two owners throughout its life. The car was fully restored four years ago, after the first owner had left it in his garage for over a decade and comes to the sale in what the vendor discribes as 'good' condition, with only 45,382 on the clock and an MOT current to November. A perfectly useable every day classic and ready to drive home from the sale.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
