Royal Enfield established a subsidiary company in Madras during 1956 tasked with producing the 1955 specification Bullet, the British built machines having benefited from a new frame design for 1956. The Madras built Bullets continued in production in largely unaltered form for the next four decades.
This example of the Indian produced machine originally left the factory in 1968. It was rebuilt in India during 2006 using new components but retaining the original frame and engine castings. Attractively presented in black with gold lining, sprung saddles and chromed crash-bars. A selection of new spare parts are offered with the machine including a full gasket set, filters and an inner tube.
PLEASE NOTE: The vendor has not as yet been able to locate the import documents for this machine
