Lot details Registration No: CKS 256 Chassis No: 24375 Mot Expiry: July 2001
The TA21 was introduced in 1950 with the centre section of the TA14 but a new seven bearing short stroke engine, a return to coil springs and Alvis's first hydraulic brake system. The rarest of all these models, that were only produced for three years, is the Drophead Coupe by Tickford that is what we have on offer for you today.
Direct from a private collection this car is described as an excellent driving car in very good condition but not a concours example. It has recently had a new exhaust fitted and the previous owner kept the car for over twenty years and hence it still has it's original registration number with the original buff log book, spotlights and the badge bar under the grille and is only for sale due to the owner now having no time to drive the car or space to keep it.
A lovely rare car which should be eagerly contested at the sale today.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
You can collect your new pride and joy from our venue until 1pm the day following the sale or our partners are on hand to help arrange safe transportation:
