Introduced in the late 1980s, the Suzuki GSX1100F was developed as a large-capacity sports-tourer combining strong performance with long-distance comfort. Powered by Suzuki’s proven 1052cc oil-cooled inline four-cylinder engine, the model offered smooth power delivery and strong mid-range torque, making it well suited to both spirited road use and relaxed touring. With its full fairing, stable chassis and comfortable riding position, the GSX1100F quickly gained a reputation as a capable and dependable all-rounder during the early 1990s.
This 1993 example is finished in classic red which complements the model’s distinctive sporting lines. Notably, the motorcycle has remained within the same family from new, suggesting consistent and careful ownership throughout its life. Showing a recorded odometer reading of just 6,500 miles, it represents a particularly low-mileage survivor from the period. The machine was reported to run well at the time of photography and retains its factory Suzuki Power Screen (SPS) system, allowing the rider to electrically adjust the height of the windscreen for improved comfort and wind protection.
The V5C registration document is present, and the machine represents an appealing opportunity to acquire an increasingly uncommon early-1990s Suzuki sports-touring model.
