H&H Celebrates 15 Years of IWM With Two October Auctions

It is fifteen years to the month since H&H held its first auction at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford.

The best seller on October 10th 2007 was a gorgeous, RHD 1968 Ferrari 330 GTC that made £151,875 (strong money back then but a fraction of its value today). A decade and a half on and Duxford has seen us sell a 1960 Ferrari 250GT SWB for £7.6 million, a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 for £2.2 million, a 1961 Jaguar E-Type 3.8 Litre Roadster for £858,000, a 1964 Ferrari 330GT Nembo Spider for £600,000 and the ex-Prince Philip 1954 Lagonda DB 3 Litre Drophead Coupe for £340,000.

To celebrate fifteen years of hosting at the iconic Imperial War Museum, we have two fantastic auctions taking place this month at the venue.

Our first ever ‘Fast Road’ sale is intended to celebrate drivers’ cars of the kind that have been populating the small and big screen since the 1960s.

The Fast Road Sale, an auction of 50 performance cars, will be held at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford, Cambridgeshire, 20th October.
