Buyer's commission for our physical venue auctions are as follows:
Cars - 12.5% + VAT (min £250 + VAT)
Motorcycles and Scooters - 15% + VAT ( min £50 + VAT)
Registration Plates - 20% + VAT (min £50 + VAT)
Automobilia - 20% + VAT (min £10 + VAT )
All fees are subject to VAT

Free registration online: click "Register To Bid/Sign In" at the top of this page. Please note that bidding online attracts an additional fee of 1% + VAT.

Free registration at the venue: When you arrive at the auction, simply register as a bidder with a photo ID.
Get the information you need: While you may already know what you're interested in, our auction catalogue and online listings provide detailed information on each classic car or motorbike.
Attending in person? You can inspect every lot and review any supporting documents in the Documents Office.
Can't attend? No problem—just request Condition Reports and additional photographs to get all the details remotely.

In Person: Ensure the auctioneer spots you in the crowd with a simple wave. Once your bid is acknowledged, the auctioneer will always return to you for further increases if you're outbid—rest assured, you won’t be forgotten!
Online: Bidding online is easy—simply watch the auction and click to place your bid on our website.
On the Phone: Let your phone representative know when to bid. To participate by phone, fill out the form here and email it to sales@HandH.co.uk, or call us on 01925 210035.
Commission Bid: Can’t attend the auction? Submit a Commission Bid, the maximum amount you're willing to pay. If your commission bid exceeds the final bid at the auction, the lot is yours! To place a commission bid, contact us before the auction starts on 01925 210035 or sales@HandH.co.uk.
Collection: You’ll have until 1pm the following day to drive away your new pride and joy or we can arrange safe transportation for you if you prefer. Contact us on 01925 210035 or sales@HandH.co.uk.
Payment Conditions: If you’re lucky enough to have been the highest bidder then you’ll have to pay for your prize in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
