Lot details Registration No: FNH 211 Chassis No: SCA1568014UH00012 Mot Expiry: July 2015
Unveiled in 2003, the Phantom was the first all new model produced by BMW following its acquisition of Rolls-Royce in 1998. Powered by a V12 engine displacing 6.75 litres and featuring an aluminium space frame supporting panels of aluminium and composites, the Phantom combines Teutonic engineering with traditional British craftsmanship resulting in a luxurious package that has once more restored the brand to the highest levels of indulgence for those lucky enough to slip into the car's cosseting interior.
Finished most attractively in Royal Blue with cream leather combined with blue carpets and over-rugs, FNH 211 was first registered on 7th August 2003 since when it has covered an indicated 38,500 miles. It was last serviced in July 2014 by Rolls-Royce and Bentley specialists N Sandell of Isleworth at 38,346 miles and an accompanying invoice details the work carried out (which included the fitment of new rear brake pads) at a total cost of £4323.73. According to the current MoT certificate, expiring on 1st July 2015, the car has averaged just 2500 miles per annum since 2010.
Offered with Swansea V5 document, aforementioned MoT, owner's manual and short instructions booklet, the car is only being offered for sale due to the vendor spending more time abroad. Exuding craftsmanship, tradition, comfort and prestige, the Rolls-Royce Phantom is widely considered to be the very pinnacle of luxury motoring.
