Lot details Registration No: GP 748 Chassis No: OH-9901 Mot Expiry: None
First registered on 15th May 1931, chassis OH9901 was, in the words of the Spring 2008 Lagonda Club bulletin, restored to a "very high standard" by the late Ken Knapper between 1986 and 1994 and features typical low chassis bodywork with cycle wings running with its original high chassis engine no. 1649 on twin SUs with a concealed full flow oil filter. A combination which can provide better performance at speed than the later engine. Previously owned by Dick Lamb and in the current ownership since 2007, we understand the car has covered less than 10,000 miles since completion of the restoration which is supported by the MoT certificates on file.

Finished attractively in Green with Green leather interior it is described by the owner as being in "very good" condition and benefits from the fitment of a recent new clutch. This desirable Vintage Sports Car is now ready for a new custodian to enjoy it either on the public road or in the variety of events for which it is eligible.
