Lot details Registration No: SUL 656 Chassis No: B204BA Mot Expiry: May 2015
This rare righthand drive Radford-equipped S1 has recently returned from the rust-free environment of California, where it has spent most of its life to date, and is finished in Black over Silver. The delightful Radford accessories abound, right down to the note-book and pencil set, comb and brush, and cigarette case housed in the rear armrest - it is believed only a plastic water bottle and washing-up bowl are missing from the original inventory. The Reuters front seats recline to form a bed, while the rear one folds down to permit through loading. The boot houses a picnic table and there is a mirror secreted in its lid. The vendor regards the chassis as 'excellent', and it benefits from a Harvey Bailey handling kit. He informs us that 'the engine pulls well and the automatic gearbox is extremely smooth' and he believes that the indicated mileage of 85,400 could be correct. An interesting opportunity.
