1996 - Purchased by Ian Kendrick (history provided) who was a UK citizen based overseas. He used the Jaguar on visits to the UK over the next six years and had it further upgraded. The XJ-S was dry stored when not being driven and only covered 10,000 miles during Mr Kendrick's stewardship before being auctioned in 2003 with 70,096 miles on the clock.
2003 - It was purchased at auction by Beacon Hill Garage, Hindhead, Surrey and sold to the vendor in December that year. Since then it has been maintained for him by Beacon Hill Garage as well as being treated to a new fuel tank and air-conditioning upgrade. The Jaguar boasts a 'full service history' and comes with details of expenditure from 2003 onwards.
