Lot details Registration No: XJS226X Chassis No: SAJJNACW3CC123777 Mot Expiry: July 2002
The Jaguar XJS-C Cabriolet was extremely popular at the time due its practicality but unfortunately it was so expensive to produce it never sold particularly well. The difference between this and the convertible was that this car had a detachable centre roof section, that stored in the boot, and the anti roll-bar stayed in place whilst the rear part of the hood folded down.
The example we have on offer for you today is described as being in very good condition throughout by the private Leicestershire owner, and has had some recent service maintenance work completed including a brake overhaul for which there is a bill for £950 in the history file.
It is completed what is to believed to be a genuine 101,000 miles from new and it comes complete with the very relevant XJS number plate.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
