- Red with black interior, current MoT

Introduced at the 1975 Earls Court Motor Fair, the Pininfarina-bodied 308 GTS (Gran Turismo Spider) featured a removable 'targa' roof panel that stowed neatly behind the seats. Utilising a subtly strengthened version of the GTB's tubular spaceframe chassis, the newcomer employed the same all-round independent double-wishbone suspension, four-wheel disc brakes and rack and pinion steering. Powered by Maranello's magnificent 'quad-cam' 2926cc V8 engine mated to five-speed manual transmission, the 308 GTS was reputedly capable of 0-60mph in 6.7 seconds and 150mph.

A desirable carburettor model, finished in red with black interior complimented by red piping, this left hand drive example has recently been imported from Florida where we understand maintenance carried out last summer by well-known Ferrari specialist, Manfred's Automotive, Inc., totalled some 10,500 dollars. Work undertaken included: cambelt service, renew water pump, renew rollers, renew clutch, overhaul distributors, renew front left wheel bearing, overhaul both front callipers, replace tyres, renew front brake pads, overhaul seized A/C compressor tensioner pulley, perform compression test 160-185, renew ignition leads, renew spark plugs, remove and renew radiator fans for higher cooling efficiency, balance and synchronise carburettors, remove gearbox to investigate leak, exercise and lube rear park brake, renew all cooling hoses at engine, renew battery, renew rear shock damper.

Currently displaying some 53,200 miles, NMA 410T is described as being in "excellent" condition as regards its bodywork, paintwork, engine, transmission and interior and is accompanied by the original service book, toolkit, jack and spare wheel. UK registered, it is offered with full service history, Swansea V5C and a current MOT expiring 29 November 2016 with no advisories.
