Royal Enfield reintroduced the Bullet name in 1948 on their new 350 sports bike and it became an immediate success in trials form, largely due to the swinging arm rear suspension. Its production in various guises continued through to 1963, and even now its descendants roll off the production line in India.
Many examples of the Bullet have found their way into the pre 65s trails scene, and the example offered here as a restoration project is mostly complete and would be an ideal candidate, although it would equally be suited for a return to the tarmac!
At the time of cataloguing no documents could be located and it may be necessary for the new owner to apply for registration with the DVLA.
