A bespoke hand-built (from MG kit form), 1/12th scale, resin and alloy bodied 1954 Lancia D24, being a replica of the Mille Miglia winning No. 602 car as driven by Albert Ascari. This extremely well detailed example comes with an opening bonnet to reveal the replicated engine and is finished to a superb level of detail including acid etched spoked wire wheels, set into solid rubber tyres, a drivers cockpit with accurate instrumentation & miniature pedals and the side exit exhausts. Finished to a post race standard set to a glass and wood display case with plaque, the modeller has further improved on the original kit with the addition of filing and added patina to ensure absolute individuality.
