A scarce early 20thC participant’s lapel badge brooch dated 1903 by Sharman O’Neill “The King’s Jeweller” Belfast; of pierced format gilt-metal relief with enamel decoration, depicting an early motor car with driver & winged “Victory” figural design and inscribed scroll-ribbon border, pin-fixing (lacking).
