We are indebted to the Vendor for providing the following information:

"A modern Classic by definition- German build quality, a four-seater convertible developed and built by Karmann powered by a 112 BHP 1800cc fuel injected engine offering a top speed of 116 mph, 0-60 in 9.1sec and an impressive 38mpg. It still feels quick, for the engine remains sweet all the way to the red line. This sense of well-being is enhanced by marvellous handling.

With modern levels of usability, the Golf GTi convertible still makes great everyday transport.

Mk1 Volkswagen Golf GTi Cabriolet finished in Helios blue metallic with Blue check cloth sports seats.

Benefiting from long term cherished ownership the GTi is delightfully original showing original dealer number plates/stickers along with a comprehensive stamped service book backed up with hard copy invoices and historic MOT’s. Also present is full set of keys, book pack with instruction manuals etc.

Since 2005 used only for special occasions and covering less than 5k miles in that period the majority of the 90k miles being covered in its well serviced early life.

The five-layer blue hood is a work of art and presents in excellent order with the glass rear window sporting the original dealer sticker.
