The Alfa Romeo 147 GTA is a compact executive car that was introduced in 2002 as a high-performance variant of the 147 model. This vehicle was engineered with a focus on delivering a dynamic driving experience, leveraging a range of advanced technologies to achieve superior performance and handling. The heart of the 147 GTA was a naturally aspirated 3.2-litre V6 engine that featured an all-aluminium construction, double overhead camshafts, and four valves per cylinder. The engine was equipped with an electronic control unit that utilised a Bosch Motronic ME7.3.1 system to optimise fuel injection and ignition timing for maximum power output. The engine produced up to 250hp at 6200rpm and 221lb-ft of torque at 4800rpm, delivering impressive acceleration and top speed capabilities. This engine was paired with either a six-speed manual, or Selespeed automated manual transmission, which was specifically tuned to deliver precise and responsive shifting, and was equipped with a limited-slip differential to improve traction and handling. The vehicle's suspension system was also carefully designed to provide optimal handling and stability, utilising high-performance components such as MacPherson struts and a multi-link rear setup. Overall, the Alfa Romeo 147 GTA is a prime example of advanced automotive engineering, combining cutting-edge technology with exceptional performance and handling capabilities.

Presented in the extremely attractive combination of Alfa Red with contrasting Black interior and Imola Tan inserts, this particular GTA is the best we have ever seen; presenting an incredible opportunity for any Alfa Romeo collector or enthusiast. First registered in Japan on 1st of June, 2005, the car boasts a specification including Xenon headlights, BOSE hi-fi system with amplifier and subwoofer, CD Changer in luggage compartment, heated two-tone Imola leather seats, cruise control and four Pirelli tyres with an unused spare.

First registered in the UK on 8th of June 2018, the vendor purchased the car from the first owner on the 21st November the following year. Registered in the UK as ‘CF05 YDM’, the car boasts a full Japanese service history, with 8 services recorded until 27,434km. With a further 6 services in the UK, the car now displays a warranted 31,843km (19,786 miles) on the odometer.

Having been subject to a full respray by the previous owner, the vendor has continued to ensure the car is presented in excellent condition, with it being looked after by Alfa Romeo specialists Autolusso over the last 4 years. Shortly after the purchase, the car was subject to a full 3M undersealing treatment and the wheel bolts painted. Along with regular servicing, also through Autolusso, he has purchased a number of genuine Alfa Romeo parts including a safety kit, a number plate plinth which he had resprayed to match the car, alloy wheel centres, replacement badges, an interior mirror, owner’s manual and a spare wheel kit. The attention to detail has been so extreme that he even replaced buttons on the steering wheel with genuine Alfa parts. The car has returned from its MOT, as well as a major service on 14 September. Works included a major service including spark plugs, replacement timing belt and water pump, rocker cover gasket set and more at a cost of £1,671.01. The new MOT is valid until 13 September 2024 with no advisories.

Included with the vehicle is its original Alfa Romeo wallet, containing a number of booklets. The Japanese service booklet is included containing a number of entries, with there being invoices for servicing work in the UK. A number of previous MOT certificates are also included, along with the UK V5C document which displays 1 former keeper. The service history is as follows:
