A professionally framed/glazed display, featuring two very rare original colour photographs, captured by pre-war journalist Douglas 'Bunny' Tubbs in 1938 - the technology for capturing and reproducing colour images at this time had only been around for approximately 2 years, making images of this type and subject very scarce. The first image depicts Dick Seaman racing the number 8 W154 single seater at Donington, the second image depicts Dick Seaman and Herman Lang on the podium of the 1938 German GP, with winner's garland and Nazi sash. Below the two photographs is an artwork print by Roy Nockolds depicting the W154 driven by Dick Seaman in the above events. A very important piece, for the collector of early German motor racing ephemera. 75x39cm.
