Lot details Registration No: BHK 256 Chassis No: PA1262 Mot Expiry: Exempt
According to a copy of its factory card, this delightful matching numbers PA was delivered new in the July of 1934. At that stage its Red bodywork was teamed with the same colour interior and Silver-coloured wire wheels. The car apparently underwent a restoration in 1995/1996, at which time the original engine was refurbished with a new cylinder block. The leather of the door cards and side panels was retained but the seats treated to fresh Tan-coloured hide. The gleaming Red bodywork is nowadays complemented by Black wings and Black-painted wire wheels. Perhaps unsurprisingly the vendor, who has owned the PA since 2008, currently views the bodywork, paintwork, interior trim, 847cc engine and four-speed manual gearbox as all being in 'very good' order and says it 'drives very well'. He is offering the little MG complete with V5C, tool kit and full weather equipment comprising hood, side screens, tonneau cover and miscellaneous spares.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
