Registration No: SV64 CZL
Chassis No: JF1VA11K4FG004129
MOT: February 2025
Launched in 2014 for the 2015 model year, the VA Series Subaru WRX was the first time that Subaru stepped away from marketing the WRX under the Impreza name. The VA was also the first WRX to move away from the EJ-Series engine, and in place was fitted the all new FA20F Direct Injection 2.0 Litre engine with a twin scroll supercharger, giving 268hp at 5,600rpm. The body styling also took a stronger departure from the Impreza base car than previous models had in the past, and although the general WRX silhouette was carried over from the Impreza, the entire front end bodywork plus the rear quarter panels were unique to the WRX. After running through a number of special editions, the VA finished production in 2019 and was replaced by the VB series WRX in 2021.
Purchased new by the current and only owner, SV64 CZL was built as a Left Hand Drive market vehicle and first supplied to Abu Dhabi, where the vendor was working at the time, in October 2014. One of the very first VA Series WRX's, the car is supplied in the desirable colour scheme of World Rally Blue over a Black Cloth interior with Red Inserts. The vendor, who describes himself as a 'mature owner', has kept on top of all servicing and a full stamp book showing all Subaru service history, with the latest service in November 2022 at 135,596 KM. The vendor imported the car to his home in Scotland in 2023 and has used the car very little since - now advising that the odometer displays circa 145,500 KM at the time of consignment. Now looking for a new home, this fabulous WRX that has been kept completely standard will be looking for a new home at our Buxton auction.
