Built to last and endowed with the most distinctive design courtesy of Pelle Petterson at Frua, the P1800 series of Volvos immortalised by ‘The Saint’ has always been popular in the UK. This righthand drive estate version resplendent in Gold bodywork teamed with a Black hide interior has been the subject of extensive body and paintwork at a cost of c.£7,000. It has also benefited from an overhaul of the brake system and the replacement of the battery, fuel pump and radiator with new items. The Volvo currently registers a total mileage of 110,000 and is understood to have had just five previous keepers to date. The vendor, who acquired the vehicle in March 2016, presently classes its bodywork, paintwork, upholstery, four-cylinder engine and four-speed manual gearbox as all being in ‘very good’ order, and is now offering ‘KKK 600L’ complete with a memory stick of related images, collection of invoices and a V5C log book.
