Lot details
Registration No: TGK 29M
Chassis No: V811112RCA
Mot Expiry: April 2014

1 of 967 Series 3 V8s, chassis V8/11112/RCA is believed but not warranted to have covered some 69,700 miles from new. As well as twenty-six MOTs dating back to September 1980, its history file contains invoices from the likes of RS Williams (stainless steel exhaust, exchange steering rack, new servos, overhauled kingpins), Hyde Vale Garage Ltd (reconditioned cylinder head), HWM Ltd (new sills, wing repair sections, jacking points @ 55,539 miles) and Beauxfield Ltd (bottom-end engine overhaul @ 58,750 miles). As well as regular servicing in the vendor's own workshop, the past fourteen years (and c.10,000 miles) have seen the 2+2-seater automatic benefit from attention to its vacuum-controlled heater valve, left/right manifold gaskets, starter motor, front brake pads, PAS pump, isolator earth strap, battery, brake reaction bushes, air-conditioning pump belt and servo no-return valve. Riding on split-rims, this "much loved" Aston is offered for sale with current MOT / road fund licence and GKN alloy wheels.
