We are always extremely pleased to offer examples of the 'E' Type, one of the definitive classics of all time, but this particular V12 Roadster dated from 1972 is something really quite special.
Outwardly it would appear to simply be an excellent example of an original UK car with chrome wire wheels - but you need to look under the skin to assess exactly how special this car is. The stainless steel straight through exhaust leads to a 5.8 litre engine developed by Forward Engineering which has six down draught twin choke Webber carburettors. Lister would seem to have used this engine to develop their own and there is a letter in the file detailing the specification of the engine upgrade. Needless to say it goes like stink with the added benefit of making it sound like a V12 Ferrari.
The car is described as being in excellent condition throughout having had the body and interior fully restored and if you want to turn heads and leave everybody standing on the line, then this is definitely the car for you.
Please note: This car now has a full MOT and road fund licence until September 2001 and comes with factory Hard Top.
