‘G390 TYF’ was supplied new in 1989 by AFN London, and is one of just a few righthand-drive UK specification 928 GTs equipped with manual transmission. Its Red bodywork is complemented by Red-piped Black interior trim, and the comprehensive specification includes a factory-fitted sunroof. The Porsche has just benefited from oil changes for the engine, gearbox and axle by a marque specialist, who also inspected the drive belts and timing chain tensioner as part of an overall check. The cam belt was in fact renewed only 11,800 miles ago, when the total distance covered to date stood at 130,000. A new alloy radiator and battery have also both been installed in recent times. The vendor nowadays regards the bodywork and paintwork as ‘very good’, and the upholstery, V8 engine and five-speed transmission as all being in ‘good’ order. The lot includes the original owners’ manuals and service book, plus a collection of invoices and old MOTs.
