This apparently very original four-door Humber Saloon was exported to Holland in the late 1970s, at which point it was repainted and treated to a new set of tyres. In 2001 the four-cylinder engine was fully overhauled by Dutch specialist engine builder De Sutter BV. The vendor informs us that the venerable Humber has been stored in dry, heated conditions for the past 39 years and has covered only 28 miles since the engine overhaul. It is finished in Green over Black, with a Black vinyl roof top, and its odometer currently displays an unwarranted 88,207 miles.
