The R107 version of the Mercedes-Benz SL sports cars were produced by Mercedes-Benz from 1971 through 1989, being the second longest single series ever produced by the automaker. Available from 1980-1985, the 380 SL was powered by a smooth 3839cc SOHC V8 (215bhp, 221lbft) allied to four-speed automatic transmission.
This left-hand drive 380 SL was produced in 1983 and was imported into the UK in 2017 from California. Intended to be used for historic rallying but this never materialised. Finished in Gold, and complimented by Beige leather interior trim, the 380 SL shows 88,589 miles and has 1 former UK keeper.
