Lot details Registration No: ASG 728 Chassis No: GR039 Mot Expiry: Exempt
Taken off test on 22nd February 1937, chassis GRO39 was originally fitted with Limousine coachwork by Park Ward. Supplied new to Mr Robert Cormack, the 25/30 later migrated to the USA where its conversion from Enclosed Limousine to Open Tourer is thought to have taken place. Repatriated fourteen years ago, it has formed part of a Rolls-Royce and Bentley collection since 2001. Offered for sale from a deceased estate, `ASG 728' is variously described by the vendor as being in `very good' (bodywork, paintwork, original engine), or `good' (electrical equipment, interior trim, four-speed manual gearbox) condition. Showing an unwarranted 97,000 miles to its odometer, this imposing open-topped Rolls-Royce is offered for sale with `assorted bills / invoices for parts and MOTs'.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
