Austin Seven Trials Car based on a 1936 Ruby chassis and reputedly fitted with its current RTC Duck's Back body during the 1950s. Recently emerged from an extensive restoration. Engine thoroughly overhauled: new front / rear bearings, Phoenix crankshaft, valves, valve guides, springs, cam followers, re-bored with new pistons / rings, reconditioned block etc. Braking system fully refurbished. Steering has been strengthened making it ideal for Trials work. New SU carburettor, spark plugs, HT leads, 18mm plugs, points and condenser. Dynamo rejuvenated. Chassis is excellent. Body re-sprayed and interior re-trimmed. Fitted rubber matting. New mohair tonneau cover. New headlights. Car has been used on VSCC events in the past. Over £3,500 spent on parts restoration. Car is ready for Trials or road use.
