There was much excitement in the motorcycle world in 2013, when the Indian marque was relaunched after a 60-year hiatus, led by a range of traditionally-styled models equipped with the prodigious 1.8-litre ThunderStroke 111 V-twin. The smaller 1,000cc Indian Scout was introduced in 2015 and immediately named Motorcycle.com’s Motorcycle of the Year. Offered in a range of models, each with the ability to be individually tailored, the custom-styled Scout Bobber offered a stripped-back, aggressive look, with bobbed mudguards and a low seat. Bobbers came with a liquid-cooled 1,133cc V-twin producing a claimed 100bhp and 72lb. ft. of torque, a six-speed transmission, and a 3.3gal. fuel tank, with a USB charging port as standard.

Finished in the most menacing colour of all, Thunder Black, this exceptional 2021 Scout Bobber is being offered in “like new” condition, because for most of its five-year life it has been treated just as a display object.
