`JKH 384L' started life in Pesaro, Italy as a lefthand drive 500L. Its first keeper retained the car from 1973 to 1986 and the second until it was imported to the UK in 2017. Since arriving, it has undergone a fairly major change of character by virtue of a total refurbishment and upgrade to Abarth specification. It now features: 650cc engine conversion with high-performance camshaft; larger Weber 28/36DCD carburettor with performance filter; Abarth sump; Giannini rocker cover; electronic ignition; sports exhaust; new clutch; synchromesh gearbox and Abarth gearchange lever; Abarth suspension lowering kit; alloy wheels; Momo-style Abarth steering wheel; Abarth badges and decals. As the little Fiat remained unused from 1990, the vendor believes (but not guarantees) the mileage of 9,450km to be correct, but it has certainly only covered 500km since the engine was overhauled and upgraded. `JKH 384L' comes with copies of its Italian registration documents and an MOT to August 10, 2018.
