Lot details Registration No: BF 6407 Chassis No: 12844852 Mot Expiry: Exempt
`BF 6407' was based in South Carolina USA before being imported to the UK, since when it has been the subject of considerable attention. The work carried out reportedly includes the renewal of: the coils / coil box; hoses / clips; HT leads; fuel tap / sediment bowl; exhaust silencer; steering column bushes; suspension shackles; hub oil seals; wiring; door trims and tyre inner tubes, while the dynamo has also been recommissioned. As Henry Ford intended, the venerable T is finished and trimmed in Black - indeed the only concession to colour are the wood-toned artillery wheels. The vendor regards the bodywork, paintwork, four-cylinder engine and two-speed epicyclic gearbox as all being in "good" order and says the original seats are in "good" condition. Apparently the engine number coincides with that on the American title and this sprightly-looking vintage Ford will be driven to the sale from its current home in Sheffield, Yorks.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
