- Current ownership since 2010 and generally described by the vendor as being in average to very good condition

- Many expired MOT's since 1992, copies of previous V5's, and a hand book

- Previous nine year ownership documented in a 5 page log showing many repairs between 2001 and 2004 plus a believed engine recondition and clutch in 2005

This Morris Minor is thought to have converted from a saloon into a convertible in the 1970's or 1980's, and was purchased by the lady vendor in September 2010 as a birthday present to herself. The vendor informed us that the previous owner had spent a lot of money having the car prepared with safe family motoring in mind, and although the parts invoices are on file there are none for labour as he had a mechanic visit his home to work on the car. During a visit to the mutual local garage of both the previous owner and our vendor, she spotted the car and managed to make contact with the owner through the garage. When the owner decided to sell the car a year later it was purchased by our vendor. The history folder contains many expired MOT certificates from 1992, and as well as the parts invoices previously mentioned, a log by the previous owner of nine years detailing the work they had done on the car.
