A ladies 18 C.T. yellow gold Cartier Declaration wristwatch, featuring a quality Quartz movement, the case featuring alternate gold and diamond set sliding bands, which when moved to the lower position, reveal a large VVS1/VVS2 0.3 C.T. diamond; eight bands can be moved, whilst the two on either end are fixed. This striking timepiece/bracelet features a total of 103 VVS1/VVS2 grade diamonds, with a total C.T. weight of 1.74 E/F. The watch is complemented by a dark brown alligator strap, with a diamond encrusted yellow gold deployment buckle. Condition is excellent & as-new throughout, offered within a beautiful two tier box, with instructions, spare strap, plus document wallet, containing its paperwork. It is believed this is the only 'Declaration' watch to be supplied new with a brown alligator skin strap & it also benefits from being unworn from new.
An insurance valuation document from 'Mappin & Webb' of London (dated 19/3/11) is included, stating the replacement value of this watch (which is now out of production), in 2007 was £10,400.00, whilst the identical white gold version is available today for £14,500.
