The cars were for the exclusive use of the wedding guests and customised with such Grimaldi finery as hand-stitched monogrammed cushions. The vendor purchased this lefthand drive example from the Monaco BMW Concessionaire (BAC Monte Carlo) in July 2011 - it had covered just 2011 kilometres. He recalls: "Some of the cars were fully loaded limousine versions, like mine, and others were the standard length 7 Series with very few options. The Concessionaire was allotted 10 cars to part with. The fun bit was they were the only ones allowed to give away the original Monaco number plates used for the wedding, in my case number 'M628'".
