- 3.2-litre engine, 140bhp at rear wheels, history file, fresh MOT
Further Info:
The Humber on offer was reportedly first registered to Manchester Council and was used to transport the city's Lord Mayor. Purchased by the current owner in 1988, '2154 VM' was subject to a £45,000 restoration in c.2006 which included the engine being overhauled and enlarged to 3.2-litres by CMC of Bridgnorth. The interior was completely re-trimmed by Aldridge Trimming and the body was refurbished and painted by CW Motors. Offered for sale with a large history file including invoices for the aforementioned work and numerous old MOTs etc. Reputed to develop circa 140bhp at the rear wheels, this surprisingly swift Super Snipe V is seemingly good value given the amount lavished on its improvement.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
