Art-Deco period, manufactured 1936 from sterling silver, an English-hallmarked pedestal promotional bonbon dish for the Michelin Tyre Company Ltd of Stoke on Trent, features Monsieur Bibendum with outstretched arms, stands approximately 9cm high with a top rim diameter of 10cm. Solid silver weighing approximately 108.1 grams. Dates from 1936, manufactured by William Hutton & Sons LTD. Offered in very good condition, with no knocks/ dents. Please note that there are some very light scratches to the interior of the bowl from use.
