Much has been written on most aspects of the Triumph motorcycle and the designs of Edward Turner over the years, and the TR6 is just one development of the original twin cylinder concept in the form of a 650 sporting twin in a moderate state of tune.
This particular example was manufactured in 1958 and is described by the present owner as being 'very well restored with little use since.'
These facts are supported by the sheer visual impact of the bike and the supporting 'old MOTs' showing only very moderate use over several years.
The owner also advises that the bike benefits from the fitting of a Tiger 110 'bottom end.'
This is a good looking motorcycle in what can only be described as exceptional condition and will surely gather a crowd wherever it goes!
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
