IN-PERSON BIDDING

Visit the bidders registration desk with your photographic identification and once your information has been captured, you will receive your paddle to wave at the auctioneer during the live auction.

 

ONLINE BIDDING

Bid from anywhere in the world via our website without additional surcharges.

At the top of our website pages, you will find a ‘Register to Bid | Sign In’ button to log in or set up a new account. As we cannot verify your photographic identification in person, we ask you to enter card details to confirm your registered address with your providing bank.

On sale day, the auction will be live streamed on our website from where you can follow the auction and join in the bidding process with a click of the mouse or tap of your mobile device.

 

TELEPHONE BIDDING

We love talking to you and sale day is no different. If you would like to bid by telephone, please complete our TELEPHONE BID FORMhere or use the form in your catalogue or request one at any of our venues and return in-person or email to info@handh.co.uk. Our representatives will give you a call and talk you through the live telephone bidding process, if you wish to place a bid, simply let your representative know and they will relay your intent to the auctioneer.

 

COMMISSION BIDDING

A commission bid can be placed through your online account or by completing a form at our auction venue.

The auctioneer will use your commission bid to place bids at the next increment on your behalf up to your maximum bid.

 

AFTER THE AUCTION

If you’re lucky enough to have been the highest bidder then you’ll have to pay for your prize in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest. You can pay by bank transfer, debit card and credit card.

You’ll also have until 1pm the following day to drive away your new pride and joy from a physical auction or 10 days for timed 24/7 auctions.

Our transport partners E.M. Rogers  and Shippio & Moving Motorcycles will be on hand to offer shipping and storage services if you are unable to collect yourself. 

All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.

You can collect your new pride and joy from our venue until 1pm the day following the sale or our partners are on hand to help arrange safe transportation:
