Lot details Registration No: B163NSG Chassis No: 1070452A028161 Mot Expiry: None
Available from 1980-1985, the 380SL was powered by a smooth 3839cc SOHC V8 (215bhp, 221lbft) allied to four-speed automatic transmission. Belonging to Mrs Denise Haslam for sixteen years before entering the current (fourth) ownership via Cunliffe's Classics in September 2005, `B163 NSG' was apparently only surrendered because it could not accommodate the electric golf buggy she had just been bought by her husband. Dry stored when not in use, the 380SL has covered a mere 400 miles over the last nine years and has not been submitted for MOT testing since being granted a pass on May 25th 2010. Described by the vendor as being in `good, solid, clean overall condition', the Mercedes-Benz boasts a first aid kit, alloy wheels and hard- / soft-top roofs. Finished in Honey Gold metallic with Tan MB-Tex upholstery and showing an unwarranted 93,235 miles to its odometer, `B163 NSG' will require recommissioning prior to road use.
All successful bids must be paid in full by midday the day after the auction at the latest.
