Introduced in 1962 as a replacement for the T20S/S, the T20S/H, together with the trials TR20 and TS20 scrambler introduced revised engine internals. The oil feed to the big end was improved and the timing side main bearing was changed to a ball race. It was described in contemporary road tests as a "baby Bonneville", partly due to the styling which reflected that of the bigger sporting models in the range, and partly because it went very well and sounded even better.
This particular machine was originally supplied to Naylor and Root Ltd. Of Clapham Junction, London on the 31st May 1962. Finished in red and silver, it is described by the vendor as being in good condition both mechanically and cosmetically. Although not currently registered it is offered with a Triumph Club certificate of dating.
