Described by the Daily Telegraph as "The ultimate pace setter for the budding Nigel Mansell" when released, the 'Bantam' is styled to look like a scaled down interpretation of Herbert Austin's 750cc DOHC racers of the 1930's. Designed to be driven by children aged 5 - 10, the car is powered by a Kawasaki FA76 1.25 Hp air-cooled internal combustion engine, mounted to the rear of the box section steel chassis, which can purportedly propel the car to 40Kph. This car features fibreglass coachwork & was purchased new by the vendor in 1995, however it is claimed that it has moved no more than a few hundred yards in its current ownership & is close to 'new old stock'. A fabulous thing, whether on display in your garage or driven by your loved one.
