Delivered to William Vincent of Reading on 26th August 1926 and bodied in-house as a saloon, chassis GYK19 was supplied new to Milton Bode Esq. of nearby Mapledurham. Variously attributed to Southern and Arthur Mulliner, the precise origins of its present coachwork are unknown. Boasting a drinks cabinet and Mocal external oil filter, the Rolls-Royce has covered 305 miles since entering the current private collection ownership in 2003. Unused for the last two years, the 20hp has recently had its engine recommissioned and been fitted with a new battery. Described by the vendor as "serviceable" with regard to its engine, gearbox, electrical equipment, interior trim, bodywork and paintwork, `DP 8078' comes complete with driver's handbook, starting handle, wheel spanner, RREC records, town cap, 20hp parts catalogue, current (free) road fund licence and MOTs dating back to 1990.
